Betnero KYC Verification Process
Betnero asks for KYC to confirm your identity, address, and that the payment method belongs to you. The check is triggered when you request a withdrawal, when cumulative deposits or withdrawals hit internal risk limits, when account details change (name, phone, email), or when a login/payment pattern is flagged for fraud screening.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Upload a clear photo or scan of a valid passport or national ID. Betnero checks the full name, date of birth, document number, expiry date, and that the document is readable edge-to-edge. A selfie or short live selfie video may be requested to match your face to the document and block stolen-ID use.
- Address proof: Provide a document dated within the last 90 days showing your full name and residential address. Betnero accepts a utility bill (electricity, water, gas), a bank statement, or a government letter. Screenshots and edited PDFs get rejected; the file needs to show the issuer, date, and the full address line.
- Payment method: If you deposit by bank card, Betnero may ask for card verification. Upload photos showing only the first 6 and last 4 digits; cover the middle digits. Hide the CVV code. For e-wallets, Betnero may request a wallet statement or account page showing your name/email and recent transactions. For bank transfers, they may ask for a statement or transfer receipt with your name and IBAN.
Timing depends on queue and document quality. Automated checks can clear within 10–30 minutes, while manual review typically takes 1–24 hours after submission. If Betnero asks for additional files or your images are blurry, the process extends until the correct documents are provided.
Current status: Betnero’s KYC follows a standard three-part check (identity, address, payment method) and is usually completed the same day when documents are clean and up to date.
